As a Customer Analytics Strategy - Senior Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives within our Strategy Consulting practice, focusing on corporate and business strategy consulting. You will work directly with clients to develop and implement analytics-driven strategies that enhance business performance and drive growth. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, acting as a strategic advisor and influencing key business decisions. You will guide teams through complex challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment and communicate effectively, developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Responsibilities
- Leading strategic initiatives in customer analytics and forecasting to drive business transformation
- Developing and implementing customer experience strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities
- Utilizing data analytics to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to support strategic objectives
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges and optimize processes
- Crafting compelling narratives and storytelling to communicate strategic insights and recommendations
- Validating data integrity and compliance within analytics frameworks to support informed decision-making
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 7+ years of progressive experience as above, with demonstrated track record of leading multi-workstream engagements and developing client and stakeholder relationships at the VP / SVP level
- Demonstrated experience working with US-based engagement teams or clients, with strong cultural awareness and the ability to operate across time zones
- Fluent English (written and verbal) — able to lead client and partner-facing conversations, write executive-quality deliverables, and present complex analyses clearly
- Working knowledge of analytic tools and languages — including Python and/or R for analysis and automation, SQL for data extraction, and Excel and PowerPoint at expert level
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching distributed analytic teams
