Own and deliver Morrisons business end-to-end, driving sales, profit and share growth through joint business planning, strong customer relationships and best-in-class execution.
- Full P&L responsibility for Morrisons (sales, margin, agreed trade investment)
- Direct ownership: Morrisons Main estate, Convenience, Online & wholesale
- Accountable for joint business planning, negotiations and execution across all formats
- Own performance, delivering availability, distribution and well-being visibility
- Customer Leadership: Own Morrisons relationships, lead JBP’s, negotiations and growth plans aligned to customer strategy
- Joint business planning & Negotiation: Develop and deliver annual JBP’s, Trade plan and commercial negotiations to drive profitable growth
- Execution Excellence: Deliver availability, distribution, feature space and promotional compliance across all formats
- Commercial Delivery: Own forecasts, budgets and trade spend; deliver revenue and margin targets
- Insight-Led Growth: Translate category, shopper and customer data into clear actions and opportunities
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Align category, supply, marketing and Finance to successfully land plans and deliver results
- Strong UK Top 6 grocery national account experience
- Proven delivery of JBP’s and customer negotiations that drive profitable growth
- Full P&L ownership with strong commercial decision making
- Highly numerate with strong revenue management capability
- High analytical capability; translates data and insight into clear commercial actions
- Strong stakeholder influence (internal + external)
- Track record of delivering executional KPI’s (availability, distribution, promotional compliance)
- 2-3 years’ experience managing Top 6 grocery customer (ideally Asda/Morrisons)
- Demonstrable experience leading customer negotiations (CPI, JBP, Promotions)Ability to be with the customer weekly F2F and also be in the office
