The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.<\/span><\/span>

  • Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.<\/span><\/span>

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.<\/span><\/span>

  • Meet daily and monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.<\/span><\/span>

    • Minimum graduate<\/span><\/span>

    • Proficiency in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English communication skills.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.<\/span><\/span>

    • Good listening skills and patience.<\/span><\/span>

    • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span><\/span>

    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)<\/span><\/span>
