Job Title: Client Relations Executive (Office-Based)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and confirm customer facial appointments
  • Follow up with existing customers via phone calls and messages
  • Contact inactive customers to invite them back for treatments and promotions
  • Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service
  • Handle appointment scheduling and customer enquiries

Requirements:

  • Friendly and good communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking to customers over phone
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
