We are seeking a dedicated and customer\-focused CRM\nExecutive to manage client relationships for our security products division.\nThe role involves maintaining customer databases, ensuring timely follow\-ups,\nhandling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high\ncustomer satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact between the company\nand its clients for post\-sales engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Follow up with clients regarding Payment clearance, Product\ninstallations, AMC renewals, and service schedules.
<\/p>

Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution by\ncollaborating with the service team.
<\/p>

Execute customer retention strategies including feedback\ncollection and loyalty initiatives.
<\/p>

Assist in generating service reminders, AMC proposals, and\nclient communications.
<\/p>

Prepare and present regular CRM reports (e.g., follow\-ups,\npending calls, customer satisfaction).
<\/p>

Ensure all client data is recorded, accurate, and secure in\nthe CRM database.

Requirements<\/h3>

Requirements:<\/b>

0\-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in security\nsystems or technical products.
<\/p>

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
<\/p>

Basic understanding of security products like CCTV, fire\nalarms, and biometric devices.
<\/p>

Ability to manage multiple customer accounts with a focus on\nrelationship building.
<\/p>

Problem\-solving mindset and attention to detail.
