Customer Experience Officer

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Customer Experience Officer to support daily centre operations, engage with students and parents, and drive enrolment growth through excellent customer service and soft-selling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional front-desk customer service to students, parents, and walk-in enquiries
- Handle course enquiries, class registrations, scheduling, and payments
- Build strong relationships with parents and students to enhance customer experience and retention
- Recommend suitable music programmes and support enrolment conversions
- Support daily centre operations and administrative duties
- Coordinate lesson schedules, teacher arrangements, and classroom utilisation
- Assist in centre events, performances, workshops, and promotional activities
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma, or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, education, enrichment, or sales environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and students
- Service-oriented with good sales and customer engagement skills
- Able to work on both weekends
- Willing to work at different centres across Singapore when required
