Main responsibilities:
Engage with healthcare professionals — including specialists, hospital-based doctors, nurses, and pharmacists — to promote Sanofi's portfolio and support product adoption through science-led, personalised interactions
Deliver an omnichannel engagement approach to create impactful and consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key customers and accounts within the assigned territory
Develop and apply a deep understanding of the therapeutic area, assigned products, and the competitive landscape to position Sanofi's solutions effectively
Collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless, coordinated approach to customer engagement
Analyse territory performance and market dynamics, taking swift and informed action to optimise impact for patients and healthcare professionals
Prioritise efforts independently to maximise the quality of experience delivered to physicians and healthcare professionals across the network
Operate with a full understanding of Sanofi's country footprint and therapeutic area strategy, ensuring every external interaction reflects a consistent and unified approach
Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and internal policies
Continuously develop professionally by applying a growth mindset and contributing to a culture of shared learning and improvement
About you
Experience: Relevant background in pharmaceutical sales, ideally with experience in Hematology and/or Oncology
Soft skills: Patient and customer-centric mindset; integrity, tenacity, resilience, and adaptability in complex and evolving situations; excellent communicator and networker; confident in building long-term relationships; collaborative team player; self-reliant and proactive; intercultural sensitivity; growth mindset
Technical skills: Strong sales techniques and solid understanding of the healthcare environment; deep scientific knowledge of specialty care, therapeutic area, products, and competitor landscape; clear understanding of omnichannel engagement and modern go-to-market approaches; effective negotiation and analytical skills; valid driving licence required
Education: University degree required; background in Life Sciences or Medicine is considered a strong advantage
Languages: Fluency in Czech is a must and English knowledge preferred.

The salary range for this position is :Kč608 640,00 - Kč811 520Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
