Customer Experience Professional

As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping our customer experience initiatives. Your expertise in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management will be instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and work out of our Muncie In location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on enhancing customer satisfaction, driving loyalty, and building strong relationships with our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, resolve issues, and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and proactively address them to enhance the customer experience
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems that impact the customer experience
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 1-year minimum customer assistance experience in a fast-paced environment, including multichannel customer support (calls, email, chat).
  • 1-year minimum experience using CRM systems and customer service software.
  • 1-year minimum experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
