Customer Experience Representative, Core Services
As a Customer Experience Representative you will assist customers by phone, email and chat across a range of topics from simple to complex including equities trading, margin and options trading. You will learn and apply financial concepts to help customers use our products effectively and will deliver courteous, accurate and timely responses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experience through phone, email and chat channels
- Drive continuous improvement by acting as the voice of the customer and identifying better ways to serve customers
- Grow financial services expertise by developing deep subject mastery of equities trading, margin, and options trading
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to CX experience delivery through phone and written channels
- Ability to defuse customer anxiety and deliver exceptional service
- Self starter and ambitious learner comfortable with ambiguity and fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a multi task environment
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate evenings and weekend hours
