The Customer Experience Specialist handles\n helping the development of the telemarketing team\n as well as interfacing with customers via inbound\n calls, outbound calls, or through emails depending\n upon situational requirements. This position\n provides coaching for CSR\u2019s to ensure KPI\u2019s are\n being met as well as providing customer service\n support for existing, new, and potential customer\n needs.

  • \n Ensure\n service delivered to our customers meets Key\n Performance Indicators (KPI\u2019s)<\/span>\n \n
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • \n Coach\n and mentor agents; probe for understanding, use\n decision\-support tools and resources to ensure\n departmental goals are met<\/span>\n \n
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      • \n Listen\n attentively to agent needs and concerns;\n demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity\n to build rapport with the agents to ensure\n departmental goals are being met<\/span>\n \n
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • \n Maintain basic knowledge\n of Solar Works Energy\u2019s products and\n services<\/span> \n
          <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          • \n Schedule appointments\n for customers with Solar Works Energy\n Experts<\/span> \n
            <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            • \n Participate in\n activities designed to improve customer\n satisfaction and business performance<\/span>\n \n
              <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
              • \n May\n offer additional products and/or services<\/span>\n \n
                <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                • \n Appropriately notating\n accounts as required<\/span>\n \n
                  <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                  • \n May\n respond to customer inquiries by sending them\n published materials or other relevant\n information via email<\/span>\n \n

                      \n \n Candidate Profile *\n High school diploma or GED with six to twelve\n months of relevant experience\n preferred<\/span><\/span>\n
