You won\u2019t just report data; you will define the "So what?"\u2014partnering with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, and UX to translate complex behaviors into a holistic strategic roadmap. Your role\nat HFM:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/b><\/p>- Collect all available\ncustomer data across the company, both quantitative data (e.g. trading behavior data, demographics,\nsurveys) and qualitative data (e.g., interviews), from the relevant functions\n(Product, BI, Marketing, UI/UX, Customer Support, BD, etc).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Create a new survey (e.g. Voice of the Customer survey) to\ngather customer feedback across geographies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Combine all available\ndata (qualitative and quantitative) to create a comprehensive customer database.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Identify the customer\nsegments that best represent our current and future customers, in the forms of personas (e.g.\nbased on geographic segmentation, behavioral segmentation or other).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Extract useful insights that will be able to steer HFM\u2019s product\nroadmap.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ultimately represent the Customer needs and expectations in\ninternal planning and prioritization.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Stay up\nto date with best practices in customer segmentation, analytics, and experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- 3+ years of relevant experience with customer data, analytics, marketing, CX or commercial role, within the fintech industry or related.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to work with numbers; strong analytical skills are vital.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Senior presence, able to work effectively with different functions and foster collaboration among diverse teams (topic\-wise and geography\-wise).
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong self\-drive and ability to work independently.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent communicator, able to present findings and insights to senior audiences.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- BA/BSc in a quantitative field. A more advanced degree will be considered a plus.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are considered a plus.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong ethical compass and commitment to the highest standards of integrity.<\/span><\/span>
