Job Purpose
You will support and drive the design and execution of customer lifecycle strategies to maximise customer value, retention and engagement. Leverage data and insights to implement targeted initiatives across acquisition, engagement, onboarding journeys, cross-sell/upsell, and retention journeys.
The Job
Lifecycle Strategy Execution
Execute customer lifecycle initiatives across onboarding, engagement, retention and re-purchase journeys
Drive campaigns and initiatives to improve customer lifetime value, cross-sell/upsell, and policy holdings per customer
Design targeted segmentation and personalised engagement strategies across agent-assisted and digital channels
Collaborate with distribution, product, digital and analytics team to deliver aligned customer initiatives
Customer Analytics & Insights Application
Analyse and translate customer and campaign data to generate insights and actionable recommendations
Monitor KPIs (retention, cross-sell rate, CLM, Policy holdings per customer, BOS) and provide regular performance updates
Leads and Opportunities Management
Develop end-to-end framework for leads and opportunities assignment and tracking.
Oversee end-to-end leads and opportunities management, governance, stakeholders alignment, and continuous optimization to improve leads quality, turnaround time, and conversion performance.
Our Requirements
A Degree holder with 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, automation, process improvement
Strong business acumen, good collaboration skills and an effective team player
Ability to bring together and work across functional teams
Strong analytical skills
Results orientated
