Your role at Expliseat

1/ Define and implement a marketing strategy

• Design and develop the strategic marketing plan by identifying target airlines, stakeholders, influencers in our sectors based on the roadmap defined with the VP Sales;

• Identify key customers by product and region; Proactively identify leads based on customer success trajectory as well as customer fit with Expliseat Product Offering & Strategy

• Anticipate new market trends and opportunities; Carry out analyses of selected new potential markets;

• Dvelop Expliseat Brand in region by direct engagement with key stakeholders, influencers, media; actively participate to regional events, tradeshows, to promote Expliseat brand and generate leads

• Define, Develop, Challenge Marketing Approach, introduce advanced, robust and customer centric marketing techniques to highlight and defend the value of our products

2/ Support sales campaigns

• Master the customer landscape, their needs, requirements, strategies

• Develop marketing content to highlight the benefits of our products, and support major sales campaigns;

• Support the sales team by providing Marketing / Value arguments in RFP responses;

• Make pricing / value recommendations to improve sales results;

• Train Expliseat representatives and sales team in the marketing approach.

3/ Provide inputs into product strategy

• Be the “Voice of the Market”, bring market, Compeititor and customer based inputs into product / corporate developments

• Submit a pricing strategy by product and by region;

4/ Business Development

• In collaboration with VP Sales and coordination with HQ, develop, evaluate, engage with stakeholders to strengthen Expliseat in region presence and enable stronger Market Impact

Your profile :

• Commercial / Marketing / Business Development background with a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing for the aeronautics industry, and ideally in segments linked to airlines, lessors and OEMs ;

• Proven Leadership and/or senior experience, able to identify, develop and influence stakeholders; comfortable with remote / satellite office work

• You have the ability to bring new ideas and challenge existing positioning;

• You are able to formulate a marketing strategy;

• You are recognized for your rigor in analysis and your ability to synthesis.

• You are proactive and able to make suggestions;

• Perfect command of spoken and written English.

  • Preference will be given to Singaporean Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR).
