UCT is looking for a talented Customer Program Specialist II to join us in Cebu!

The Customer Program Specialist II plays a key role in driving the success of assigned product lines or commodities. This individual applies strong analytical and business skills to manage product lifecycle execution, including forecasting, market alignment, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves ownership of defined product areas and supports broader product line strategy, new product development, and customer engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Product Line Manager in the following activities;

  • Executes strategies for product line growth, market penetration, and diversification
  • Collaborates with engineering to execute product and technology roadmaps
  • Develops forecasts and supports P&L management for assigned products
  • Creates business cases for product enhancements and extensions
  • Communicates product line status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Partners with Sales, Marketing, and customers to align product capabilities and demand
  • Works with Operations, AO, and Finance to improve margin models and execution efficiency
  • Identifies risks and drives mitigation planning
  • Supports continuous improvement and resolves business bottlenecks
  • Develops competitive analysis and market insights
  • Partners with Sales and Business Development leadership to improve product line business pricing strategies for new customer business.
  • Partners with engineering to develop and execute the technology and product roadmaps.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management, or technical discipline. Four year college degree from an accredited institution.
  • Masters or MBA (Preferred)

Experience Requirement:

Work Experience:

  • 3-6 years experience in product management, engineering, operations, or related roles
  • Experience in semiconductor or technical manufacturing industry preferred

  • Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Ability to sit for extended periods, use computer systems, and communicate with stakeholders. May require occasional travel. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
