Customer Relation Officer
- Manage customer relationships and handle inquiries
<\/li> - Support property transaction processes (booking, mortgage/KPR, payments)
<\/li> - Handle sales and project administration tasks
<\/li> - Ensure completeness and accuracy of transaction documents
<\/li> - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, project)
<\/li> - Handle customer complaints in a professional and solution\-oriented manner
<\/li> - Support billing processes and monitor receivables (AR)
<\/li> - Prepare and maintain administrative reports regularly

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
<\/span><\/div>- Min. Diploma in Accounting or related field.
<\/span><\/li>Min. 2 years experience as Customer Relation / Sales Administration / Project Administration Officer in property industry
<\/div><\/li>- Strong understanding of property transactions and mortgage (KPR) processes
<\/li>- Basic knowledge of finance, especially Account Receivable (AR)
<\/li>- Excellent communication skills with strong hospitality manner
<\/li>- Detail\-oriented, well\-organized, and good problem\-solving skills
