  • Manage customer relationships and handle inquiries

  • Support property transaction processes (booking, mortgage/KPR, payments)

  • Handle sales and project administration tasks

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of transaction documents

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, project)

  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and solution\-oriented manner

  • Support billing processes and monitor receivables (AR)

  • Prepare and maintain administrative reports regularly

    Requirements<\/h3>

    <\/span><\/div>
    • Min. Diploma in Accounting or related field.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Min. 2 years experience as Customer Relation / Sales Administration / Project Administration Officer in property industry
      <\/div><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of property transactions and mortgage (KPR) processes
      <\/li>
    • Basic knowledge of finance, especially Account Receivable (AR)
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication skills with strong hospitality manner
      <\/li>
    • Detail\-oriented, well\-organized, and good problem\-solving skills
