The Customer Relationship Associate serves as an execution-focused, foundational role within the Digital Audiences team. This position supports the retention and growth of revenue across agency-led accounts and in some cases direct advertisers by driving consistent platform usage, facilitating data adoption, and ensuring seamless delivery against client marketing objectives. This role is primarily responsible for day‑to‑day execution, account maintenance, service excellence, and foundational revenue retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages a defined book of existing accounts with established agency relationships, repeat buying patterns, and lower strategic or commercial complexity
Operates within existing commercial frameworks and pricing models to support consistent execution
Owns day-to-day client communication and request management. Executes campaign requests, audience proposals (in partnership with Data Desk), and platform enablement/troubleshooting with accuracy and timeliness
Maintains SFDC data integrity, contract accuracy, and ensures follow‑through on all delivery commitments
Prepare materials and insights to support QBRs and client meetings. Identify incremental upsell opportunities within existing scopes and flags risks or renewal threats early
Demonstrate strong product, platform, and audience expertise to deliver consistent, reliable execution and build trust with clients and internal partners
Key Skills:
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in Corporate/B2B sales/new business development/client relationship management
Experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, or media sales
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize requests effectively
Solid understanding of platform features, audience data, and basic troubleshooting
Reliable execution with exceptional attention to detail and process discipline
Foundational consultative selling skills. Ability to ask diagnostic questions and align solutions to client needs
High commercial awareness to spot upsell opportunities and identify renewal risks early
Strong client communication and relationship‑management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
Ability to prepare clear QBRs materials and translate data into simple insights
Proficiency in SFDC with a focus on data accuracy and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
