Job Description:

Location: 580 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80012

Pay Type: Draw + Commission

Full Time Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year

Building rapport with guests and creating long-term relationships will be key to your success. The Customer Retention Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of lease end clients and
ensuring a seamless and successful end-of-lease experience.

What you will do:

  • Source leads through various channels, including cold-calling, email campaigns, and referral networks.

  • Follow up with potential clients through texts, emails, and calls, building relationships and establishing rapport.

  • Set appointments with clients, coordinating schedules and logistics for efficient meetings.

  • Inspect cars for lease end, evaluating their condition and advising clients on their options.

  • Greet clients at appointments, conducting fact-finding interviews and guiding them through the end-of-lease process before handing off to appropriate team members.

  • Evaluate cars for trade-ins, providing accurate appraisals and negotiating favorable terms for clients.

  • Pull pay-offs and ground leases, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

  • Track progress with trade-up clients, responding to email inquiries and assigning leads to ​appropriate team members.

  • Assign trade-up leads to the sales team, setting appointments and evaluating cars as necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in product or retail sales preferred

  • Competitive drive

  • A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

  • Availability to work retail hours

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations

  • Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
