Customer Retention & Telesales Specialist
The Role
You are the voice of VivaFemini and a key driver of our growth. Your goal is two-fold: Convert and Retain.
You will manage the entire user journey—from onboarding fresh waitlist leads to managing high-value clinical clients.
This isn't a passive "support" role; this is a proactive, high-impact sales and retention position where you are responsible for the lifetime value (LTV) of our users.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Conversion: Proactively reach out to waitlist leads, app sign-ups, and inquiries to convert them into paying subscribers and telehealth patients.
2. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring they are engaged with their tracking, clinical appointments, and marketplace benefits.
3. Churn Prevention & Win-Back: Identify "at-risk" users who have slowed down their engagement and execute aggressive win-back strategies to keep them in the ecosystem.
4. Upselling & Cross-selling: Guide existing clients toward specialized modules (e.g., moving a general tracker to a PMOS or Maternity plan) and marketplace products based on their health needs.
5. Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular wellness "check-ins" with premium clients to ensure they are achieving their health goals through the VivaFemini platform.
6. Performance Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of lead status, conversion rates, and retention numbers using Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or ClickUp.
Required Experience & Profile
* 2+ years in Outbound Telesales, Inside Sales, or Account Management
* Proven experience in a high-growth startup, FinTech, or HealthTech environment.
* Retention Specialist: You understand that keeping a client is as important as finding a new one; you have experience in reducing churn and increasing LTV.
* High-Trust Communicator: You can discuss sensitive clinical topics (fertility, hormonal health, surgery) with empathy, professionalism, and absolute discretion.
* Target-Driven: you are motivated by numbers and have a proven track record of hitting sales or retention quotas.
* Tech-Fluent: Skilled in managing lead pipelines and CRM workflows without manual supervision.

Compensation
* Competitive Base + Performance Commission (linked to conversion and retention KPIs).
