Customer service (12 months contract)
Key Responsibility
· Responding Attend to walk-in customers
· Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately
· Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total
· Customer satisfaction
· Prospect banking products and services to customers
· Perform all banking activities in accordance with the bank's regulatory requirements
· Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
Working Hours
-Normal Banking Hours: 8.10am to 5pm
-Evening Banking Hours: 9.40am to6.30pm (evening banking allowance of $90 per month)
-5 and a half day work week (off day in lieu)
-Please note that these are official hours but selected candidates may be required to stay on a little while to finish up paperwork, after the last customer leaves when the branch closes
