Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a unique, engaging visual concept for the club’s interior and events.

• Direct the design of posters, social media content, and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with DJs, performers, lighting and sound technicians to create thematic nights (e.g., Neon Night, Retro Disco, Futuristic Fridays).

• Supervise décor, set design, and visual installations for special event sand seasonal promotions.

• Ensure branding consistency across all club materials, digital platforms, and signage.

• Stay current with design trends in nightlife, music, and entertainment culture.

Qualications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Art Director or Lead Designer in nightlife, bollywood music lounge and able to handling the hindi music and language.

• Strong portfolio showcasing nightlife, club, or entertainment industry design work.

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrato After Eects)

• A sharp eye for color, lighting, and aesthetic trends in music and nightlife culture.

• Flexibility to work late-night and weekend hours.
