Customer Service Administrator (East/Central)
π Location: Tampines / Toa Payoh
π Work Hours: 5 days work week (Including 1 weekend)
(Mon-Fri 12.30pm-9.30pm, Sat or Sun 8.30am-6.30pm)
π° Salary: Up to $3,500
Our client is an education provider focused on literacy and communication through structured, high-quality programmes.
Job Scope:
- Explain courses, education philosophy, and teaching methods to potential customers
- Promote programmes to new and existing customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Handle phone/email enquiries and process sales transactions promptly
- Manage administrative tasks (scheduling, inventory, logistics, and general duties)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE βAβ Levels or Diploma qualification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in enrichment centres
- Proficient in MacBook and G Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and customer service abilities
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team, with flexibility to be deployed across centres
