Customer Service Agent
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding our products and services
Assist customers with transactions, including confirmations, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices
Help customers with account-related queries such as registration, verification, and security measures
Identify and address customer concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to the management team
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience
Minimum of SSCE or OND
Must reside within Festac and its environs
