Customer Service Agent

1. Administrative processing

  • Act as the point of contact for Global Business Services (GBS) Team and auditors for CertIQ issues
  • Coordinate of audits and deadline control / scheduling in CertIQ
  • Correct recording in CertIQ database / CRM
  • Attend to ad-hoc & various client issues
  • Liaise with clients before and after audits
  • Record, review, and process invoices from auditors
  • Support GBS Team with invoicing issues

2. Sales processing

  • Technical and commercial clarification and preparation of quotes and orders for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, as well as social standards such as Fair-ON-Pay and SODK OST+
  • Support Sales Managers and Global Key Account Managers in their activities
  • Follow-up on quotes, including customer calls
  • Management of customer data

3. General

  • Act as vacation deputy for other back-office colleagues
  • Completed commercial education
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service

Required Skills/Attributes

  • Language(s): Fluency in German & English
  • Ability to deal with modern PC applications
  • A collaborative mindset with strong team spirit
