Customer Service Agent with German - BCN based

🎯 Your Mission

💬 Customer Service

  • Handle and manage inquiries, questions, and issues with empathy and efficiency.

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat.

📂 Claims Management

  • Process claims according to their level of severity.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide fast and effective solutions.

💳 Payment Collection

  • Contact customers with outstanding payments.

  • Negotiate solutions to help recover overdue fees.

🔄 Customer Retention

  • Conduct call campaigns with customers who have requested cancellation.

  • Use sales and retention arguments to maintain customer loyalty.

🚀 Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes.

  • Propose solutions to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service

✔️ Fluent German. Spanish and/or English are a plus.

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔️ Empathy and patience in different situations

✔️ Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments

✔️ Familiarity with Office / Google tools

✔️ Proactive profile, customer- and goal-oriented

⭐ Experience in claims, retention, and/or collections is a plus
