CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE


JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in the Iberia Plastics Sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our team of Account Managers in the Plastics Market, as well as our customers in Iberia.

This position requires a keen eye for managing and planning support for the external sales workforce and strong customer management skills, ensuring that the company maintains its commitment to quality without losing competitiveness.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Resolving customer queries and incidents.
  • Processing orders/offers/returns.
  • Filing documentation.
  • Controlling catalog stock.
  • Preparing letters for sending to customers.
  • Launching orders.
  • CRM management and support.
  • Environmental responsibility.
  • Support Account Managers.
  • Coordinate logistics services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Customers&AAMM to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Ensure that all terms of the contract are clearly defined and protect the interests of the company.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE – REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

  • Demonstrated experience (1-3 Years) in Sales/Customer Services, ideally within a related industry (e.g., food and beverage, packaging, or manufacturing), showcasing a solid understanding of sales processes.
  • Familiarity with packaging materials, packaging suppliers, and packaging processes. This includes understanding packaging trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong investigative skills, with the ability to research new customers, trends, and market conditions.
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for tracking data, preparing reports, and communicating with teams and experience with Navision ERP.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive attitude, with the drive to continually improve sales&customer service processes and contribute positively to the team.
  • Higher education experience, (diploma level or higher).
  • Experience in sales/customer service.
  • Language skills will be valued: English and French, (Catalan language is a must).
