Locations: East/ North East

Working hours: 3+2 work week

Weekdays: 1pm – 10pm (8hrs excl. break)

Weekends: 8:30am – 6:30pm (9hrs excl. break)

About the job:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate, to assist the team in front lineoperations at the front desk ensuring smooth operations. You will need todisplay a professional image by delivering high-quality service experience andaccurate information to customers

Responsibilities:

•Accountabilities,responsibilities and main duties:

•Abilityto deliver professional and high-quality service experience in acustomer-facing role

Identify customers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction

•Taking ownership of customers’ problems and follow through effectively and efficiently

•Key member of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvementof processes to promote customer satisfaction

•Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure seamless client experience
