Job Scope

✔ Handle customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries

✔ Arrange customer appointments and treatment schedules

✔ Provide professional and friendly customer service

✔ Follow up on customer enquiries and after-sales support

✔ Coordinate with beauticians and internal teams

✔ Update and maintain customer records

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

✨ Friendly, cheerful, and responsible

✨ Enjoys communicating with customers

✨ Customer service experience is a bonus (training provided for beginners)

✨ Interested in the beauty industry

✨ Familiar with basic computer and WhatsApp usage
