Customer service & Billing
Responsibility
- To handle customer’s enquiry and resolve any potential issue with their orders.
- Input customers’ order into system and follow up closely to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- To work with liners & carriers for good pricing & schedule.
- Handle ship agency documentation and formalities & Singapore Customs permit declaration.
- Offer one-stop services including Trucking & Warehousing services.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Accounting Duties:
- Involve in billing and maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry and expense reports.
- Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in related field of studies.
- Minimum 1 years of related working experiences.
- Excellent knowledge in all aspect of operations (booking, documentation & customs clearance processes in both import & export cargo).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all level of the organization.
- Strong team player & good organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, strong desire to learn.
- Required language(s) – Chinese & English – in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
