Customer Service & Business Development Executive
Job Summary
- Manage customer enquiries and service quotations to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Process customer orders efficiently using ERP systems to support seamless sales operations.
- Coordinate shipment arrangements via sea, freight, courier, and local delivery to meet delivery schedules.
- Handle after-sales service including warranty claims on parts and jobs to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct inventory control and physical stock takes to ensure accurate stock levels and general inventory practices.
- Prioritize responsiveness to deliver high-quality customer service consistently.
- Acquire comprehensive product knowledge to enhance service capabilities and support team coverage during absences.
- Promote sales by actively engaging customers and pushing additional products and services daily.
- Support business development efforts by expanding markets, products, and services to new and potential customers.
- Initiate creative outreach strategies to attract and engage more potential customers.
- Generate detailed monthly reports summarizing offers, market requirements, customer feedback, pricing updates, and marketing activities to inform business decisions.
