π Work Schedule: 5-day work week (must be able to work weekends)
Working Hours- 5 days a week
β’ Mon β Sat: 10:00 AM β 8:00 PM
β’ Sun: 10:00 AM β 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the customer service and contact centre team.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online channels.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
- Provide professional customer service and recommend suitable services and promotions.
- Follow up on customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation..
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service, contact centre, or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms.
