Working Hours- 5 days a week
β€’ Mon – Sat: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
β€’ Sun: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the customer service and contact centre team.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online channels.
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
  • Provide professional customer service and recommend suitable services and promotions.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation..
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service, contact centre, or supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms.
