Location: Tampines (need to attend 4-day training at Novena)
Salary: $2,580 - $2,760
Working Hours:
Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm
Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Duration of Assignment: 22 June to 31 July 2026, with possibility of extension for 1-2 months
Job Scope:
Customer Service Executive for Call Centre:
- Focuses on handling customer inquiries primarily via phone, providing efficient and direct solutions in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
- Representatives manage calls while utilizing customer management software (CRM), updating systems, and referencing knowledge bases to resolve issues effectively.
- Additionally, they may assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new systems meet customer needs and operate smoothly.
- Willingness to take on various tasks and adjust to changing work demands.
