We’re seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support through order processing, inquiry resolution, and proactive communication. You will ensure seamless customer experience while supporting transportation operations and contributing to both cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.

Manage order entry, updates, back orders, pricing, and fulfillment tracking.

Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are met.

Address customer requests, including product inquiries, returns, credit requests, and complaints.

Process quality and warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity.

Support transportation and logistics coordination to optimize service and costs.

Balance multiple priorities across phone and email while meeting service and productivity goals.
