Customer Service & Design Team Leader

Job Summary

We are now searching for a Customer Service and Design Team Leader.This is Team Leader position for CS&D Front Office Pakistan. In this role you will be the Key contact for Supply Chain related aspects for the market. You will drive continuous improvement on service level and customer loyalty (supply chain related), while securing proper supply chain integration and efficiency.

This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan.

What you will do

As Customer Service and Design Team Leader your responsibilities will include:

• Drive customer Supply Chain integration and engagement with market group team and customers
• Secure end to end OFPM operations at customer level
• Understand market dynamics and drive continuous improvement in service level
• Ensure end to end governance in the OFPM process for smooth operations
• Lead the team to deliver on the required KPIs

We believe you have

  • At least 5 years experience in strategic & operational aspects of supply chain and customer management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration. Master’s degree will be preferred
  • People coordination experience from past roles
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • Good communication skills
