Customer Service Executive (Air Freight /5.5 days) [EL]
- Handle air export bookings and shipment arrangements
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to meet delivery schedules
- Prepare invoices, permits, reports, and Airway Bills accurately and on time
- Update customers on flight details, freight status, and delivery progress
- Follow up on cost approvals, GST billing, and payment collection
- Attend to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
