Customer Service Executive

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support via phone, email, and online platforms

  • Coordinate servicing arrangements, delivery updates, and issue resolution for customers

  • Manage customer complaints and escalate matters when necessary

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support operations

  • Provide basic product guidance and follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Business Management or related field

  • Min 2-3 years experience in customer service/client support is preferred

  • Experience with Mechanical/Electrical Products will be an advantage

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM system will be an advantage

  • 5 days work week (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)

  • Salary: Up to $3800

  • Working Location: Ubi
