We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our customers and operations. team.

What You Will Do

• Reply to customer enquiries in a polite and helpful manner
• Follow up on customer feedback, complaints and service issues
• Work closely with the factory team to resolve customer cases
• Support drivers on collection and delivery matters
• Update customer information and case notes in the system
• Keep customers informed on the status of their orders or issues
• Provide good service and build strong customer relationships

• Able to speak and write English clearly
• Friendly, patient and service-oriented
• Able to handle customer issues calmly and professionally
• Organised and careful with follow-up
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in customer service is a plus

Location: West Singapore

Salary: $2,300 to $2,600

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and alternate Saturday
