Job Summary
Support sales and customer service operations by processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, managing deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Process sales orders including quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, packing lists, and invoicing to ensure accurate and timely transactions
- Communicate effectively with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve issues
- Organize delivery services, export shipments, and customer order collections to guarantee on-time delivery
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit relevant reports and documents to support sales and operational activities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to build strong client relationships
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in MS Office to perform order processing and reporting tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
Other Information
- 5 days’ work week
- Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Location: Sungei Kadut with transport provided to and from Yew Tee MRT
