Our Client, an established logistics/freight forwarding company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Customer Service Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the customer service department and reporting to team manager
Handle all bookings for both air and sea
Liaise with air and sea carriers
Liaise with customers
Handle all sea documentation work like bookings, BL etc
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and all emails
Residing in the east zone (Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Hougang, Sengkang) is preferred
OTHER INFORMATION:
Location: Changi
Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2,800 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
