Our Client, an established logistics/freight forwarding company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Customer Service Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the customer service department and reporting to team manager

  • Handle all bookings for both air and sea

  • Liaise with air and sea carriers

  • Liaise with customers

  • Handle all sea documentation work like bookings, BL etc

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level

  • Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and all emails

  • Residing in the east zone (Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Hougang, Sengkang) is preferred

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location: Changi

  • Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 9am - 6pm

  • Salary: $2,800 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
