Customer Service Executive

To deliver high level of professional communication with customer accordingly to Company guidelines. Assist customer in their inquiries by giving professional knowledge and service in order to achieve specified productivity and quality service standards. Support Sales Key Account Managers in business operations for existing customers.

  • Build rapport and maintain good long term relationship with existing customers. To process and maintain customers account and record accurately into the SAP system.
  • To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints. Channel all information to the management team to resolve the issue effectively and in timely manner
  • Assist existing customers in placing orders as necessary and online ordering whenever required
  • To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number) in the system accurately and in timely manner
  • Understand well Lyreco and customer end-to-end corporate business process flow to ensure professional dealing with customer at all time
  • To handle escalation of any customer complain with respective inter-department effectively and in timely manner
  • To process all daily tasks according to Lyreco standard and procedures. Highlight any change requested from inter-department to the management team for approval
  • Carry out any other adhoc reasonable assignment from the management team from time to time

Qualification

  • Minimum Diploma in any studies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particular Excel), good listening skill and passion for excellent customer experience
  • Good written & spoken English skills
  • Good Communication skills with clarity and precision
  • Minimum 1 year working experience as customer service in B2B or service based environment
