CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

JOB ROLE

· Handle all clerical and administrative matters for Customer Service, including data entry.

· Work closely with Production Control and Warehouse teams to manage order delivery on-time in full.

· Liaise with freight forwarder for shipment and prepare shipping documents.

· Communicate with customer on their purchase orders and delivery arrangements.

· Coordinate two-month delivery schedules and maintain a rolling three-month forecast for MAY and Tadly trading items to ensure timely material availability and efficient production flow.

· Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
