CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions

- Attend to customer queries on all products and service matter

- Prepare product service reports to Management

- Ensure customer satisfaction on the services provided

- Work closely with inter department on product quality inspection

Requirement

-Minimum ‘O’ level or a diploma in any field

-At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing industry

-Good interpersonal and communication skills

-Able to solve problems and have positive working attitude

-Customer oriented

-5 day work week

-Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT
