Customer Service Executive (Order fulfillment)

🟠Working location: Tagore Area

🟠Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

🟠Salary: up to $3,500

🟠Able to start work with short notice or Immediate

Our client: a leading global developer, manufacturer and marketer of tool and equipment solutions for professional tool users.

Job Duties:

  • Attend to all phone or fax sales enquiries from customers.

  • Process customers’ quotations and orders in an efficient and timely manner

  • Responsible for order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate input of Sales Order & Purchase Order to the system

  • Close follow up with respective suppliers on the order & delivery status

  • Process export documentation for shipments to other region

  • Process documentation for LC negotiation (whenever applicable)

  • Liaise with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customers’ orders.

  • Generate billings on a timely basis for all orders that were completed

  • Support Sales team to meet their monthly forecast target

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business studies or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience in order processing and export shipping

  • Knowledge of L/C processing will be an added advantage

  • Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
