A leading travel retail organisation is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to deliver exceptional service and support customer engagement across both online and offline channels. This role plays an important part in ensuring a seamless and memorable customer journey while maintaining high service standards within a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally across email, online platforms, and customer feedback channels.
- Deliver personalised customer support and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage and support customer experiences across retail, online, social media, and delivery touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service standards and customer experience.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Participate in training programmes to strengthen product knowledge and service excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or customer experience related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Organised, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
