Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to inbound calls and provides customer service to the public:
  • Responds to customer inquiries; provides information regarding products specification, selling price, and/or other Sales matters.
  • Receives and processes order requests.
  • Coordinate with respective departments to ensure delivery completion
  • Making outbound calls to solicit Sales orders.
  • Assists customers requesting documentations.
  • Receives and processes order requests including new customers and inactive customers.
  • Conducts a variety of routine clerical tasks including data entry and copying, filing, and faxing documentation.
  • Miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level/ITE Certificate or equivalent with minimum 1-year Customer Service/Telemarketing experience;
  • Proven customer support experience;
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotating shifts;
  • Preferably with experience in Retails or F&B industries;
  • Team player with positive work attitude;
  • Highly independent and organized;
  • Team player with positive work attitude;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Takes pride in providing excellent customer service;
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Tech savvy, proficient in computer skills; Microsoft Office.
