Customer Service Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily catering operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of all orders
- Coordinate with kitchen, packing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment
- Ensure all orders follow the Kitchen Schedule (KS) and are prepared on time
- Assist in dispatch coordination to ensure all deliveries are sent out on time
- Monitor and escalate any operational issues such as missing items, delays, or miscommunication
- Maintain basic inventory of packing materials and operational supplies
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data for tracking and reporting purposes
- Support the sales team with administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and document preparationHandle basic client inquiries and redirect complex queries to the relevant Sales Executive
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or logistics roles; experience in F&B is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good operational awareness
- Physically able to work in kitchen and packing environments
- Able to work flexible hours when required (including early mornings or peak periods)
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to take ownership of tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
