Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person engagement by greeting visitors and addressing inquiries through direct walk-ins or scheduled appointments.
Facilitate on-site viewings, assessing customers' storage requirements and recommending suitable options and services.
Process transactions at the branch counter, including sign-ups, payments, move-ins, move-outs, and merchandise sales.
Manage customer complaints effectively, demonstrating composure and conflict resolution skills.
Oversee inventory and asset control, ensuring proper organization and requisition of on-site supplies.
Conduct facility inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand standards while coordinating with relevant departments for routine maintenance.
Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate interaction records and processing documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level education.
At least 1 year of work experience in sales or customer service roles.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Open to learning and committed to delivering high-quality work.
