Customer Service Officer

Work Week: 5.5 days
Location: Jurong Industrial Estate (Jalan Buroh)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main contact for assigned customers- Handle enquiries, updates, and operational issues.
  • Process orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS), coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with warehouse team.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, support cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare billing, verify invoices, and generate KPI/operational reports.
  • Work closely with warehouse, transport, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the logistics/warehouse industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
