Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with customers, understand their needs and attend to their queries
    • Handle and resolve customers’ feedbacks and concerns
    • Ensure a wonderful salon experience for our customers to increase customer retention
    • Handling phone enquiries with etiquette
    • Serving light refreshments to customers and attending to their needs
    • Schedule customers’ appointments and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
    • Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement
    • Provide feedback and ideas to improve operations and enhance customer experience
    • Comply with data protection regulation and organizational security procedures for customer registration and credit and cash transactions

  • Good and precise communication skills
  • Service oriented and passionate about serving customers
  • Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous
