Key Responsibilities
βœ… Assist customers with ID card applications and collections
βœ… Handle walk-in, phone and email enquiries professionally
βœ… Update customer records and verify information accurately
βœ… Support membership-related enquiries and fee payments
βœ… Assist with mediation service documentation and referrals
βœ… Manage customer flow during peak periods
βœ… General administrative duties and basic housekeeping

Requirements
βœ” Good communication and customer service skills
βœ” Patient, professional and able to handle enquiries effectively
βœ” Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
βœ” Detail-oriented and able to multitask
βœ” Able to work independently and as part of a team
