π Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am β 6.00pm
π Temporary / Stand-in Assignment
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with ID card applications and collections
β
Handle walk-in, phone and email enquiries professionally
β
Update customer records and verify information accurately
β
Support membership-related enquiries and fee payments
β
Assist with mediation service documentation and referrals
β
Manage customer flow during peak periods
β
General administrative duties and basic housekeeping
Requirements
β Good communication and customer service skills
β Patient, professional and able to handle enquiries effectively
β Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
β Detail-oriented and able to multitask
β Able to work independently and as part of a team
π Suitable for candidates with customer service or administrative experience. Training will be provided.
