Customer Service Officer (Retail / Shopping Mall)

About The Role

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer (Retail / Shopping Mall). In this role, you will be the key point of contact for shoppers and tenants, ensuring a pleasant and seamless mall experience

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage the Customer Service / Information Counter as the first point of contact
  • Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries, requests, and feedback
  • Assist in mall promotions, events, and campaigns
  • Handle voucher sales and redemptions
  • Support Loyalty Programme enquiries and redemptions
  • Support the upkeep and presentation of the mall
  • Maintain high service standards and perform administrative duties

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s

  • Able to work on a 6-day rotating shift, including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge services
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
